"It worked out, but the messaging needs work"
In the end, I got things sorted, but the messaging side really could be better. The communication tools felt a bit clunky, and a few replies seemed to slip through the cracks. Even updating settings was more annoying than I expected. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something I hope gets improved

I used seatyourself for a small event and it worked just fine. It is not the fanciest setup but it was easy enough to figure out and saved us some money. I would use it again.

I’ve been waiting weeks for support to sort this out and it still isn’t fixed. It’s really frustrating, and all the back-and-forth at this point feels unnecessary

"Donation felt way more confusing than it should have"
I tried making a donation through seatyourself.biz the whole thing was frustrating. The page wasn’t very clear, and when I got to the payment part it seemed like it was stuck, so I had no idea if the donation actually went through or not. I was basically left in the dark waiting to see what happened. The receipt showed up later than expected too, which didn’t help. Overall, it just felt messy and stressful for something that should’ve been simple. I probably wouldn’t use it again

I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s been frustrating. Every time I reach out to support, it feels like they just avoid giving me a straight answer.

"Confirmation emails were really unclear"
I did receive the confirmation emails, but they were confusing and not very useful. It wasn’t clear whether my seats were actually booked, so I had to go back and double-check everything myself. From a customer experience standpoint, that’s not great, and it ended up being quite frustrating. Probably won’t be using them again.

"ticket Scanner was Such a Mess"
Tried to get in and the Scanner kept saying my tickets were invalid, even though they were totally fine. The staff seemed just as confused as I was, and I ended up waiting outside for ages. it was Really annoying, and I don’t think I’ll be using them again.

I don’t know why, but setting up our event on seatyourself.biz felt more confusing than it should have. A few steps weren’t that clear, and I ended up clicking around a bunch just to find basic options. The site also seemed a little slow here and there. I did get everything set up in the end, but it took longer than I expected, and I wasn’t totally sure I had done it all right.

It works fine for basic box office stuff, and it’s not even about it missing features or anything like that. It just feels a bit clunky to use sometimes, like things take more clicks than they should. Overall it gets the job done, but I wish it felt a little smoother

I used Seat Yourself to choose my seats, and it was laid out well enough that I wasn’t sitting there trying to decode the rows and sections. It took me a minute to get my bearings at first, but after that everything pretty much made sense and I got through it without any hassle.

It’s okay overall, but I felt a little misled about the integrations. I thought it would connect with more of the tools I already use, but the options are limited and not as easy to set up as I expected

"Helpful tracking, but not exactly smooth sailing"
The sales tracking actually helped me keep a better eye on what was going on, which was great. The interface is a little clunky though, because apparently clicking around like it’s 2012 is part of the experience. Still, it gets the job done.

I was used the site to look for tickets and it did the job, but the layout feel a little old and crowded. Some of the buttons and pages was not that easy to read, so I had to click around more than I wanted. I did get through it in the end, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. It’s okay, just not amazing.

"Worked, but felt a bit slow"
Maybe it’s just me, but the site felt slow when I used it. Pages were taking a while to load, and a couple of buttons didn’t react right away, which was kind of frustrating. I even had to refresh once to keep going. It wasn’t impossible to use or anything, but it definitely made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be

"Checkout worked, but it could be smoother"
I used seatyourself.biz to buy tickets, and to be fair, the checkout did work in the end. Picking seats was easy enough, and getting to the payment step wasn’t complicated, so I can’t really complain too much there.
That said, a few parts felt slower than they needed to be, and I was sitting there wondering if my order had actually gone through. The confirmation eventually showed up, so it was fine, but it was a little annoying. Not terrible, just a bit clunky.

I did get my tickets and everything worked fine in the end, but the checkout process was kinda clunky. It felt slower than it should’ve, and I was definitely sitting there like, COME ON already. Not a huge deal, but it could be smoother

Buying tickets through SeatYourself was straightforward enough. I found the event quickly, and checkout didn’t really give me any major trouble, so I can’t say it was a bad experience.
That said, the site definitely feels like it hasn’t gotten much attention in a while. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I ended up double-checking details before paying because it didn’t feel as smooth as it probably should. It works, but it could use some polishing

I tried buying tickets on my phone, thinking it would be quick and easy, but the mobile site was a mess. The buttons kept freezing, and I eventually had to give up. it was super annoying and made me feel a bit misled.

"Reporting tools were a headache"
I used seatyourself.biz mostly for the reporting features, and honestly... it ended up being frustrating.
The reports felt clunky, the filters weren’t very intuitive, and I found myself double-checking numbers a lot because things just didn’t always look clear. It also felt like basic info was harder to find than it should’ve been!
Maybe it’s fine if you only need super simple reporting, but for me it slowed things down and made a basic task feel way more annoying than necessary
